The key word is "while" - it takes place no matter what as long as the conditions are met, and that condition is an attacking or defending squadron at distance 1-2 of the flotilla.Biggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10671403672769089154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4417283771878920044.post-53434576230155743362016-08-31T09:43:44.276-04:002016-08-31T09:43:44.276-04:00there has been debate that jamming field can be tu...there has been debate that jamming field can be turned off when your squadrons are going to shoot while when they shoot at your squadrons or they counter you can turn them onBadbeefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02286283979734498580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4417283771878920044.post-65471969940733189032016-08-31T03:38:47.105-04:002016-08-31T03:38:47.105-04:00Agreed, Bright Hope is basically immune to squadro...Agreed, Bright Hope is basically immune to squadrons. And I need to practice more using the flotillas as squadron pushers.

I am thinking Boosted Comms might work best, as I can bank a squadron token to get off my alpha strike and use the flotillas to keep coordinating from afar.Mundohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09400021945039768853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4417283771878920044.post-88706618195635014592016-08-30T14:30:18.881-04:002016-08-30T14:30:18.881-04:00Bright Hope is almost painfully not fragile - admi...Bright Hope is almost painfully not fragile - admittedly that is Rebel and you've been using the Imperial ones.

I think their best role is as squadron activators / extra activations first, and as Fleet Support Upgrades being the gravy on top of that. The two Rebel flotilla I have been using have both used expanded hangers for 3 squadron activations per turn - I almost feel like Biggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10671403672769089154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4417283771878920044.post-71042232232434638022016-08-30T14:25:29.663-04:002016-08-30T14:25:29.663-04:00Glad you are enjoying it! Was able to trap a Madine Tokyo-drifting MC80 Liberty in place for a second volley out of the front arc by removing his nav command. The Liberty did not survive.

Otherwise I find the flotillas a little fragile to do a lot.
