That's right! It's v1.1 of the hip new Grand Moff variant for RitR! Increasing the players to 8, increasing the complexity slightly, and letting you control a fleet of smaller task forces (or manage a smaller task force under the control of one strategically minded leader!)
New to v1.1:
Lots of Grand Moff only commander abilities!
Restrictions to normal abilities that Grand Moffs shouldn't be using!
Maybe some other stuff! I forget!
